Feasibility studies for developing the road network of Qazvin, carried out for Qazvin Municipality in 2008. The project is part of Rahyaft's road and highway engineering work, which runs from geometric design to upgrading existing roads. A network development feasibility study of this kind tests where new links or wider roads are needed to serve present and future traffic, compares the options, and identifies the routes worth taking forward to design.
