Rahyaft's architecture department carries a building from design through construction and design supervision. Alongside the firm's transport work, it studies and designs buildings that belong to infrastructure, such as the refurbishment studies for the multi-storey car parks at Terminals 4 and 6 of Mehrabad International Airport, and for the staff lodging buildings at Nowshahr airport together with the design of its ancillary spaces.
The department's work is not limited to transport buildings: it also covers residential, villa, apartment, commercial, office and sports projects. Its clients range, by project type, from airport operators to owners of homes and commercial buildings. The work starts from the client's brief and the site's constraints, moves to the architectural design, and continues during construction with design supervision.
